The local tournament committee along with the Pasco County Parks and Recreation officials have worked hard to bring what we hope to be a fun, rewarding experience for all athletes and fans. Starkey Ranch District Park is a sports complex owned and operated by Pasco County. We hope that you find these facilities to be state of the art.

Important Information:
Coaches Meeting: There will be a mandatory coach’s/credential’s meeting at the Kontos Event Center, 9426 Little Rd, New Port Richey, FL. The meeting will be held on Friday, July 24th at 2:00pm. Please bring (2) state flags with you to the coach’s meeting.
Banquet and Opening Ceremony: The Banquet/Opening Ceremony will take place at the Kontos Event Center, 9426 Little Rd, New Port Richey, FL. The banquet & opening ceremony will be held on Friday, July 24th at 6pm. Doors will open at 5pm and teams should arrive by 5:30pm. This will be an indoor event with outdoor activities available. The Dixie officials will speak, teams will be introduced, and a buffet style dinner will be served. After the speakers and team introductions, there will be an informal time for teams to exchange gifts with the first team you are playing in the bracket. Each team will be responsible for bringing team gifts to the Banquet/Opening Ceremony.
COACH & PLAYER PASSES: All coaches and players will receive a pass for entrance into the ballpark.
TEAM COOLER: Outside food and drink is not allowed in the ballpark. Each team will receive one pass for (1) one team cooler that is to be filled with ICE ONLY and (1) one small team cooler to be filled with COOLING TOWELS ONLY. No other coolers will be permitted. One case of water will be supplied in the dugouts before each game. All other drinks will be available to purchase in our concession stand. We are offering preorders for cases of Gatorade and Water in advance. Please email [email protected] for orders. The deadline for this is July 20.

Single Day Pass $15/day (Saturday - Monday)
Tournament Pass $40 (Saturday - Monday) 5 and under FREE
Tickets can also be purchased at the entry gate. Passes purchased at the entry gate will be CASH ONLY. All credit card users will be directed to use GOFAN. Passes can be purchased ahead of time on GoFan. LIGHTNING POLICY: West Pasco and Pasco County Parks & Recreation would like to make visitors aware of our lightning policy and procedure. During a storm, the Sports Complex’s multiple lightning detectors will automatically activate. If a lightning strike is detected within a 10-mile radius, these detectors will send off audible sirens throughout the facility. Once this siren goes off all visitors must exit the gates and seek safe shelter. Lightning delays are 30 minutes. Every strike within a 10-mile radius will restart the 30-minute countdown to resume play. Once a 30-minute span passes with zero lighting strikes, Complex staff, league directors, and event coordinators will notify everyone that play can resume and there will be three short sirens announced from the safety system. Note: Dugouts, metal coverings, bleacher covers, pavilions, and batting cages are not considered lighting shelters, due to the fact they are open and not a four-wall enclosed building.
