What is Skills Day?
Skills Day is an opportunity for coaches to evaluate players’ skill level before the coaches draft teams.
Players will be asked to field some balls, bat a few times and run from home plate to 1st base.

Who needs to attend Skills Day?
* Players who did not play with us last Spring
* Players who are not staying with the same team they were on last Spring
* Players who are moving up to a new division this Spring.

It is with great sadness that we mourn the loss of a great supporter of our league.
Judy Lee was unexpectedly called home on December 24th.

Judy was a dedicated Volunteer, Coach, Mother and previous Board Member of West Pasco Girl's Girl's Softball Association.  It is heartbreaking that her girl's will continue into their teen years without their Mom.  We will however, always have great memories that will keep her spirit alive now and into the future.

West Pasco Girls Fastpitch Softball Association (WPGFSA) is proud to be affiliated with Dixie Softball Inc. (DSI).

DSI is a youth softball program for boys ages 4-8 and girls ages 4-18.

All season games are played at Oakridge Park, 2141 Seven Springs Blvd. in New Port Richey.

We offer two seasons of play: Fall Ball and Spring Ball.
Experienced and novice softball players are welcomed during both seasons.

Fall Ball is played September – November. The focus during Fall Ball is building skills, learning Dixie rules and having a lot of fun.  All players for a specific age division are grouped together.  The players work together to perform drills and exercises as well as divide into teams to scrimmage.

Spring Ball is played February – May.  Teams are formed by the beginning of February. EVERY player is placed on a team. Teams practice through most of February with Opening Day usually the first week of March.  The Spring Season is definitely more competitive than Fall Ball but having fun is still a priority.
